Licensed Massage Therapist

We are looking for a licensed massage therapist who sees bodywork as medicine — and who is ready to practice inside a clinic that treats it that way.

ABOUT US

Resilient Clinic is an integrative, cash-pay health practice in Marianna, Florida, built around one idea: the body's systems are connected, so care should be too. Our team includes nurse practitioners, a physical therapist, a mental health counselor, and acupuncture physicians — and massage therapy is not an add-on here. It's a clinical modality, woven into patient care plans and coordinated across the team. You'll work alongside providers who respect what you do and actively refer to you.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

"This is not a spa. This is a clinic that takes bodywork seriously."

We are specifically looking for a therapist who wants to grow — not just maintain. Training opportunities in Tui Na, photobiomodulation laser therapy, cupping, myofascial techniques, and other manual therapy modalities are available and encouraged. The right candidate sees this role as a career expansion, not just a next job.

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING

  • FLEXIBILITY — Full Time, Part Time, or Contract

  • ENVIRONMENT — Cash Pay, No Insurance

  • GROWTH — Built-In Team

  • SUPPORT — Complete practice administrative support

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver therapeutic massage including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic, and myofascial techniques for a clinical patient population

  • Collaborate with our physical therapist, acupuncture physician, and nurse practitioners on coordinated patient care plans

  • Operate and administer Summus Laser H1 photobiomodulation therapy sessions (training provided)

  • Expand into other manual therapy modalities with mentorship from our clinical team

  • Document sessions, communicate patient progress, and participate in a collaborative care culture

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Florida-licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing — all experience levels welcome

  • Genuinely curious about the intersection of Eastern and Western bodywork traditions

  • Motivated by skill development — someone who wants to leave this role more capable than they arrived

  • Comfortable in a clinical environment — you understand that bodywork is part of a care plan, not separate from it

  • A communicator — you give feedback to the team and receive it, because that's how integrated care actually works

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Massage therapy in a conventional setting often means isolated sessions with no clinical context and no continuity. Here, your work is connected — to the patient's physical therapy plan, to their acupuncture protocol, to their primary care goals. When you treat someone's lumbar tension, the physical therapist knows. When the acupuncture physician identifies a meridian pattern that shows up in your table work, you'll hear about it. This is what practice looks like when a team actually functions as one.
